As soon as he bought this bungalow, he became the neighbor of Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar (AKshay Kumar). It is being told that Ajay Devgan’s new bungalow is spread over 590 square feet. This bungalow is not far from his old house. Currently Ajay Devgan lives in his old house Shakti, which is in the Capoj Co-operative Housing Society. This old house of Ajay Devgan is also in Juhu area.

The new house that Ajay Devgan has bought is in the same line where his old house is. Ajay Devgan’s PRO has confirmed that Singham has invested in the property.

The source has told that the new bungalow bought by Ajay Devgan is worth around 60-70 crores. Ajay Devgan is focusing more in business than films these days. While Ajay Devgan is investing in property on one side, he is also producing films. Many films are being produced under his banner these days, some of which have him and some will have other actors.
